 a link to compensation & benefits)\, employees’ & employers’ duties in 
 the ordinary course of business\, termination of employment relationships (
 including an excursion to disciplinary measures)\, restructuring of departm
 ents and companies as well as M&A transactions. Furthermore\, you will lear
 n about the typical German Co-Determination by way of the Betriebsrat (Work
 s Council)\, Gewerkschaft (Trade Union) and employee representation in the 
 Aufsichtsrat (Supervisory Board). Ultimately\, our curriculum will give you
  an understanding of the specific employment law of top management… At an
