Dr. Alexander Bartz

Dr. Alexander Bartz is a Rechtsanwalt (Attorney-at-Law), Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht (Labor Law Specialist) and Law Firm Partner. In his career, he has worked for Top international full-service law firms as well as for highly specialized German Labor Law “Boutique firms”. Dr. Bartz advises national and international clients on issues of individual and collective employment law with a focus on tariff law. Core areas of his practice include advising on restructurings and on questions and disputes arising under the Works Constitution Act. He is a graduate of Münster University and lectures at the University of Düsseldorf and Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

Dr. Lysander M. Heigl

Dr. Lysander M. Heigl, LL.M., is qualified as a Rechtsanwalt (Attorney-at-Law), Steuerberater (Tax Advisor) and Wirtschaftsprüfer (Certified Public Auditor). He started his career with a “Big Four” firm, advising Corporates and international Investors on Tax & Legal matters, including Transactions (M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate) and Restructurings. As an Auditor, he served Financial Services firms like Banks, Insurance Groups, Asset Managers, Real Estate and Leasing firms. Later, Dr. Heigl moved into the Financial Services industry, holding Management positions in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking and Private Equity before moving into his current role as a 360 degree trusted Advisor for Law, Tax, Finance & Governance. He attended the Universities of Muenster, Paris, London, Düsseldorf and Harvard.

Ulrike Klein
Ulrike Klein is a Senior Vice President Strategy & Projects with a leading media and entertainment group. Previously, she held several management positions with two major German corporations (DAX 30) in the aviation and utility sector and was managing projects at one of the world’s leading strategy consultancies. During her professional career she has worked in various intercultural settings across several countries. She has profound experience in strategy development and execution, project management, finance, controlling and business development. One of her recent projects was the group-wide transition process from Aktiengesellschaft to Societas Europae. Ulrike Klein holds a diploma in International Business from both, the European Business School Reutlingen (Germany) and the Reims Management School (France).
Christian Schmidt

Christian Schmidt is a Rechtsanwalt (Attorney-at-Law) and Steuerberater (Tax Advisor). He worked as a European Attorney in a renowned Luxemburg Law firm and practiced Tax law with two “Big Four” Accounting & Tax firms. Since 2013, he runs his own Tax firm in Düsseldorf. Practicing international income taxation, Christian Schmidt is a dedicated specialist in taxation of expatriates. Christian Schmidt is a graduate of the University of the Saarland.

Dr. Daniel Siegert
Dr. Daniel Siegert is a Rechtsanwalt (Attorney-at-Law) and Head of the Leasing Department of an international and well known Retail and Trading Group. He possesses a vast and long-standing experience in the legal and practical management of renting and leasing of large scale commercial properties, including drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, retail and franchise concepts as well as site analysis. Dr. Daniel Siegert is a law graduate of the University of Münster.
Jörn Stahlberg

Jörn Stahlberg is a Steuerberater (Tax Advisor) with his own independent Tax firm in Düsseldorf. His major focus are small and medium-sized limited corporations (GmbHs) with international shareholders or directors. Many of his clients are owner-managed. As a true “all-rounder”, Jörn Stahlberg masters Tax Compliance as well as Payroll Accounting and Social Security. Another field of his expertise is consulting for start-ups, mainly for those with an international background, e.g. foreign trading and service firms.

Dr. Rüdiger Theiselmann

Dr. Rüdiger Theiselmann is a Rechtsanwalt (Attorney-at-Law) and Managing Partner, specializing in legal and strategic advisory for Directors and Officers. In this role, he accompanies executives in complex situations such as M&A, Finance and Restructurings in order to limit personal liability risks. During and after his legal education, Dr. Theiselmann worked for two large German Banks (both DAX 30). After his position as an Executive Assistant to the Management Board, he was Head of Corporate Center in the Global Management Team of the Corporate Finance Division. Dr. Theiselmann is a graduate of the University of Cologne and the Frankfurt School of Management & Finance. He is a lecturer at the University of Cologne and frequently publishes on D&O duties.

Heidrun Ziche
Heidrun Ziche has a Law degree and a degree in Economics and is a certified Life Coach for 14 years. She has her own Mediation firm, which operates both in the U.S. and Germany, and also works as Business Coach, specializing in Leadership Coaching and Business Orientation. Heidrun was a Director at a “Big Four” Accounting firm and, as such, has more than 10 years experience in global project management, specializing in Tax M&A and International Tax for Financial Services Clients. For more than four years she was based in New York City. Heidrun lives mainly in the U.S. and is also available for Seminars and Coachings in Germany.
